The survey should be applied to:
1) severely affected COVID19 patients
2) not-severely affected COVID19 patients
3) risky and not affected (non-positives) people (to evaluate predisposition and monitoring the possible progress of the health status)
4) positives that overcame the disease
Fundamental to monitor the progress, possibly repeating the survey in 10 days, if possible even in additional times.
